PashuX operates as an online livestock marketplace connecting buyers and verified sellers. Due to the nature of livestock transactions, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

2. Nature of Livestock Sales
Livestock sales involve live animals, and therefore:
Each listing contains detailed information provided by the seller.
Buyers are encouraged to verify details and clarify doubts before completing the purchase.
Inspection and delivery coordination are handled directly between buyer and seller after order confirmation.
3. Return Policy
Due to the perishable and live nature of livestock:
Livestock once delivered and accepted by the buyer is generally not eligible for return.
Returns may only be considered in cases where:
The delivered animal significantly differs from the approved listing details.
There is clear evidence of misrepresentation.
All return requests must be supported with proper documentation and proof.
4. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the transaction stage:
Before Seller Confirmation
If a buyer cancels before the seller initiates processing or coordination, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable transaction or processing charges.
After Seller Confirmation
If the seller has already confirmed the order and initiated coordination, refunds will be subject to review and may include deductions for administrative or payment gateway charges.
After Delivery
Refunds are generally not applicable after successful delivery and acceptance of livestock, unless misrepresentation is proven.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
Buyers must contact PashuX support within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Both buyer and seller may be required to provide evidence.
PashuX will review the case and provide a fair resolution based on platform policies.
PashuX acts as a facilitator and reserves the right to make the final decision in disputes.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after purchase
Minor variations that do not affect the core listing description
Transport-related delays beyond platform control
Health issues occurring after successful delivery
7. Payment Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
